GI-Glow Service Agreement.
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between GI-Glow, a lighting company, (“GI-Glow”), and the undersigned customer (“Customer”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
1. Services Provided
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between GI-Glow, a lighting company, (“GI-Glow”), and the undersigned customer (“Customer”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
1.1 Installation
GI-Glow will install holiday lighting on the Customer’s home or business premises, as specified by the Customer.
1.2 Maintenance
GI-Glow will provide regular maintenance and repairs to ensure that the holiday lighting remains in proper working order during the holiday season.
1.3 Removal
At the end of the holiday season, GI-Glow will promptly remove the holiday lighting from the Customer’s premises.
1.4 Storage
GI-Glow will store the holiday lighting in a climate-controlled environment during the remainder of the year.
1.5 Ownership
All holiday lighting provided under this Agreement will remain the property of GI-Glow.
2. Terms
This Agreement shall be effective for a period of three (3) years commencing on the date of installation and concluding on the third anniversary of the installation date (“Initial Term”). Upon the expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement may be renewed for additional one-year periods by mutual agreement of the Parties.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 Pricing
The Parties agree that the pricing for the services provided under this Agreement is as follows: [Specify Pricing Details].
3.2 Payment Terms
Customer shall make payment for the services in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon between the Parties. Payment shall be due within 72 hours of the invoice date.
4. Customer’s Responsibilities
4.1 Access
Customer shall provide GI-Glow with access to the premises for installation, maintenance, and removal of the holiday lighting as needed.
4.2 Care
Customer agrees to take reasonable care to ensure the holiday lighting is not damaged during its presence on the premises.
5. Liability
GI-Glow shall not be liable for any damages or injuries arising from the installation, maintenance, or removal of holiday lighting, except to the extent caused by GI-Glow’s negligence.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination for Convenience
Either Party may terminate this Agreement for convenience by providing written notice to the other Party at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired termination date.
6.2 Termination for Cause
Either Party may terminate this Agreement for cause in the event of a material breach by the other Party, provided that the non-breaching Party gives the breaching Party written notice and an opportunity to cure the breach within a reasonable time.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tarrant County, TX without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

This is a three (3) year agreement to lock in your price for Christmas lights from GI-Glow. We provide commercial-grade supplies and certified installers year after year. All bulbs and supplies are owned by GI-Glow. We will maintain them while they are up throughout the holiday season, then pick up and store everything for you in a climate-controlled environment for the remainder of the year.
9. Deposits
Once you electronically sign the estimate, a credit card form will be emailed to securely store a credit card on file. We will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your installation date. You have two payment options: Pay a deposit of 50% when scheduling your installation. The remaining 50% will be charged upon completion of your installation. 10. Warranty
GI-Glow will maintain the lights once installed, including repairing fallen lines, fallen clips, bulbs out, and replacement of damaged lines at no charge to you. However, if the damage is human, weather, or critter-inflicted there will be a $40 service call fee + cost of parts to repair.
11. Invoicing Terms
We now offer installment plans to pre-pay on a monthly basis prior to your installation. The total cost will be divided evenly based on the number of months remaining prior to installation. **All final payments are due at the time of installation.
11.1 Invoicing Details
All invoices and receipt s are sent via email.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether oral or written.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this GI-Glow Holiday Lighting Service Agreement as of the date in which this form is submitted.
